We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent(Front Desk) to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns effectively.
Responsibilities
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Uphold hotel standards of cleanliness and organization in the front desk area.
Skills
• Strong background in hospitality management or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Proficiency in guest services with a focus on guest relations.
• Experience in hotel management systems is a plus.
• Ability to perform night audit duties when necessary.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Marriott/FOSSE Experience a plus
