About the Opportunity

As the Human Resources Advisor in the People and Culture team at SDPRIA, you’ll provide a broad range of HR services and advice to managers and staff. Working closely with the People and Culture Manager and the broader team, you’ll partner with leaders to support day-to-day workforce needs while also contributing to longer-term organisational goals and priorities.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will:

Provide expert HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle, including performance, capability, engagement, policy, and change initiatives.
Partner with managers and staff to ensure HR solutions are customer-focused, practical, and aligned with organisational objectives.
Support business units through periods of growth and change, advising on HR policies and workforce planning.
Interpret complex workforce data and legislation to provide clear advice, reporting, and recommendations.
Contribute to projects that improve processes, systems, and the overall People and Culture service offering.
About You

We’re looking for a confident and collaborative HR professional who brings:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of HR/IR legislation, policies, and public sector frameworks.
Critical knowledge of NSW Health mobility policies and relevant awards is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience providing HR advice in a large, complex organisation.
Proven ability to support HR change management initiatives.
Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Experience working in high-volume environments with rapidly changing and competing deadlines.
