Job Description
Accountabilities:
1. User experience monitoring and first-level support to Citrix VDI users.
2. Identifies issues proactively using required tools for all components related to VDI.
3. Assists in ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
4. Getting involved in upgrade and migration projects and improvements to the VDI and
physical edge computing.
5. o365 installation and configuration on edge computing (Laptops and Desktops)
Job Duties & responsibilities
1. Establish and maintain service levels, monitor Citrix VDI, IT infrastructure, and manage
edge computing (Laptops and Desktops).
2. Troubleshoot and resolve View issues related to VDI, Laptops, and Desktops.
3. Maintaining VDI golden images, installing client applications.
4. Perform day-to-day VDI administration tasks including maintenance hotfixes, patches,
upgrades and security configurations.
5. VDI to Laptop Migrations
5. Assess virtual machine and VDI risks and perform contingency planning.
Required Experience
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with a broad IT support
background, covering windows Client OS, a bit of networking, and an understanding of
desktop support. I'm particularly interested in experience of the following:
Citrix VDI
Windows 7 / 8 /10 desktop environments
ITIL including incident / problem management
Office 365 / Backup email boxes
Endpoint protection.
English Communication is essential to Handle US users
Shift Timing 6 pm to 3 am
