Responsibilities:
1. Should be good at learning new things. CA degree will be add on!
2. Should have a team management experience.
3. Should have worked for organizations' financial compliance' and should be well acquainted with individual returns as well.
4. Should have exposure with 'CSR activities' or should be aware of planning and deployment of MOU with government bodies.
5. Should have worked on KRA and KPI methodology while managing his teams monthly performance.
6. Budget range is from 11 to 14 lakhs per annum.
7. His review process of his junior should be very organized and systematic.
