Job Description
• To ensure safe, efficient and cost effective operations & maintenance of Captive Power Plant
• To provide uninterrupted Power and Steam to all process plants.
• To develop plans for sustaining and enhancing availability of the plant, its efficient operation and quality of final output in cost effective manner.
• To develop and execute the plans for future requirement of Power and Steam due to new upcoming projects.
• Ensure adherence to budgets
• Review the plant operations for safe, smooth and efficient operation
• Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance techniques for effective and safe maintenance of CPP/Plants.
• Ensure detailed analysis of any break down.
• To ensure minimum Power & steam cost by optimum utilization of generation capacities and planning the operations at fuel of lowest cost.
• Statutory compliance
• Improving Efficiencies & to ensure full capacity utilization of CPP in safe and efficient manner.
• Effective pro-active maintenance
