Job description :
1. Finance and Accounts management in a manufacturing organization.
2. Reasonable knowledge of Income Tax and GST.
3. Should have worked with Bankers to raise finance.
4. Should have worked with management in evaluating targets for acquiring. Should have worked on valuation, negotiation, deal closures and legal documentation for acquiring companies/businesses.
5. Should have reasonable commercial instinct.
6. Worked in budgeting and monitoring of budgets and variances.
7. Should have working knowledge of costing of product and services and to guide businesses to price the products/services
8. Banking, M&A, Commercial, Finance, Taxation are key requirements
