Responsibility/Tasks description
➢ Control / further development / standardization of the core business processes of company in financial Controlling, Accounting / Bookkeeping of Finance ➢ Forecasting of monthly, quarterly and annual results and budgeting ➢ Approve or reject budgets and recommend cost-reducing solution ➢ Conduct risk management and Evaluation & decide/ advice on investments ➢ Allocation of resources and managing of cash flows ➢ Conduct profit and loss analyses ➢ Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information ➢ Consultation with Board Members about funding options ➢ Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations ➢ Supervise a team of Accountants Department ➢ Preparing of financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
➢ Creation and analysis of business and financial key-performance-indicators
➢ Creation of economic feasibility studies
➢ Determination of earning improvement potentials and control of corresponding projects
➢ Continuous improvement of the financial strategy including liquidity-planning and -control
➢ Establishing / preparing of a multi-year planning process
➢ Ensuring the profitability of the company in all areas
➢ Contact person for auditors, tax consultants and banks
➢ Professional and disciplinary leadership of the existent Accounting Teams for each plant
➢ Ensuring timely Internal Audits and GST Audits
➢ Any other tasks that are given by COO.
Education + Experience
Strong knowledge in the field of financial accounting and annual accounts
➢ Profound knowledge in controlling and experience in use of commercial IT-systems
➢ Pronounced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel
➢ Strong analytical, numeric and communication skills, Strong communication skills, problem solving ability and can work under pressure
➢ Good sense of responsibility, initiative and team work
➢ Experience in Financial planning and execution
➢ Familiar with company work processes and machines
➢ Good leadership and team work skills
➢ Good English skills in oral, listening, reading and writing practice
