Description
As the Head Human Resource and Administration you will be responsible for
overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources and administrative functions of the organization.
Functional details:
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures:
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and
procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• You will ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment practices, including hiring, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Recruitment and onboarding:
• You will oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, resume screening,
interviewing, and selection.
• You will also be responsible for developing and implementing onboarding programs that ensure new employees are properly trained and integrated into the organization.
Employee relations:
• You will be responsible for managing employee relations, including handling employee
grievances, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on workplace issues.
• You will ensure that the organization maintains a positive work environment and that all
employees are treated fairly and with respect.
Compensation and benefits:
• You will oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary and wage administration, performance appraisal, and benefit plan design and administration.
Training and development:
• You will be responsible for designing and implementing employee training and development programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
