VP HR – FMCG/Pharmaceuticals/Manufacturing – 18+ years - Mumbai
An experienced HR leader with 18-20 years of expertise in human resource management in corporate HR and Manufacturing Plants, talent acquisition, Employee relations, Industry Relations, Union Management, Legal, performance management, and compliance. If you have a strong background in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing, and a passion for building high-performing teams, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
• 18-20 years of experience in HR leadership roles within FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in handling international stakeholders.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and drive HR initiatives effectively.
• A proactive and strategic thinker with a go-getter attitude.
