We are currently partnering with a leading organization in the Aviation industry that has been making significant expansion in the region. They are seeking an experienced, proactive, and solution-focused Head-Shared Services, based in Delhi, India.
As the HR Shared Services Leader, you will develop and implement the strategic vision for the HR Shared Services function, ensuring alignment with overall HR and business strategies. You will oversee and manage payroll and compliance services, lead recruitment processes, and ensure adherence to turnaround times for various HR activities. Your role will involve maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all HRSS processes, developing, and maintaining up-to-date HRSS policies and procedures, and monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs to implement corrective actions as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and influencing at all organizational levels.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HR Shared Services or Operations.
Demonstrated expertise in managing payroll and recruitment functions across multiple entities.
Proven leadership skills with a successful record of accomplishment of building and leading high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of HR compliance and statutory requirements.
Experience using SAP SuccessFactors for HR and talent management processes.
Lead the HRSS team, monitor performance metrics, and ensure service delivery aligns with compliance and payroll standards.
