Job Opening: Chief of Talent Acquisition
Location: Rajasthan | CTC: Up to ₹27 LPA
We are looking for an experienced Chief of Talent Acquisition to lead and optimize our HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and improve HR systems, policies, and employee standards.
• Manage recruitment, employee benefits, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure legal HR compliance and maintain records.
• Collaborate with departments on strategic HR plans.
• Foster relationships with external partners and handle confidential matters.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, with 7+ years of HR/recruitment experience.
• Should have experience from Trading Organization or Export Houses only
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies, systems, IR, and HR software.
