Head HR Startup - Remote working .
- The client is a funded fintech startup with a base in India .
- The organization has planned to be on permanent remote work model.
- The role will handle a team based in India and another international location.
- Responsible for the entire gamut of HR
- Will have to create and roll out HR practices and policies
- Develop the L&D road map, considering remote working challenges
- Create a robust PMS system
- Handle Talent acquisition, talent management and career planning
- Stake holder management with leadership team to design the org vision
Mandatory specs ;
- Must have start up experience ( prefer tech cos)
- 10 years experience (not more)
- Budget 20-25 lacs
- Ability to manage the teams remotely
- More an HRBP than a core TA .
