Job Description
The incumbent will direct and over sees organisation's investor relations function.
HE/ SHE will be responsible for maintain strong relationship with institution investors (such as Mutual Fund; Insurance Companies; Bank Treasuries & PE firms and arrangers (Merchant Bankers & Investment Bankers).
Responsible for generating leads, managing Monitoring lead pipeline gathering market insights/ intelligence & strengthening the thought leadership agenda with the above-mentioned stakeholders.
Responsible for managing communication b/w management and its investors along with support in releasing information, handling inquiries & meeting, providing feedback to management to ensure positive & healthy relations.
Responsible for handling investor relation to ensure compliance with reporting law & also focusing on company financial community.
Will help investors to make informed decision in their action regarding the company equity by providing up-to-date information about the company operation, financial statement to current and potential shareholder, as well as third party.
Responsible for preparing quarterly/ annual reports as company business model and strategic direction to ensure information is disseminated through section of the company website dedicated to IR along with event such as press release and shareholder meetings. When done correctly, this led to stability in company stock price, as shareholder expectancies about the company's performance are correctly formulated around the actual decisions made by management.
Will interface with SEBI, Exchange and coordination with company compliance regarding ICDR and listing Regulations.

Willing to pitch in wherever needed, including in operations, compliance.
Investor Relations is a very fast-paced, stimulating work environment where team members work closely with one another and collaborate across the organization.
High quality of work and strong attention to detail are critical since IR materials are provided to senior executives and the external investment community.
During quarterly reporting season and other investor events, expect longer hours and more intense work environment.
10-15 years of sell-side/buy-side experience, Investor relations experience/Equity research/Investment banking experience.
Update side letter summary and review checklist to ensure no new triggers have been agreed upon.
