Job Description
Lead the legal function, providing strategic guidance on all corporate, contractual, and statutory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including sale deeds, development agreements, JV agreements, lease agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Oversee litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes, coordinating with external counsel when required.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, local municipal regulations, labour laws, and other applicable statutes.
- Provide legal opinions and risk assessments for projects and transactions.
