To provide legal counsel to assigned business functions or senior leadership teams within a global BF/BU or Corporate function or lead the function for a country organization through business partnering, acting as a legal advisor and Business Partner by shaping their business decisions, negotiating contracts, managing litigation and counselling on substantive area legal issues. To lead large or complex legal projects and transactions based on deep legal expertise.Typically leads the Legal function for a large country / cluster of countries or manage a legal substantive area globally
