Reporting to the deputy CFO you will be respons sible for:
• Oversee all legal & compliance matters within the company
• Provide strategic legal solutions and advice in the regulatory space
• Work closely with the international stakeholder with different departments to ensure legal compliance
• Stay updated on the relevant laws and regulations within the technology • Report to the board on legal sector
matters and developments
• Lead and manage the entire legal & compliance team
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you should have the following experience:
• At least 13 years of overall experience in legal & compliance roles
• The candidate must have Law+CS qualification
• Open to Gurgaon as a location
• Candidate should come with experience dealing with Commercial Contract, Fintech, Data Privacy and Regulatory
