Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Marketing & Sales at Cleansing Embers, located in Chennai. The Head of Marketing & Sales will be responsible for creating and executing market plans, managing marketing activities, conducting market research, and leading the sales team. Additionally, the candidate will oversee public relations initiatives, ensuring the company's presence in the market is strong and consistent.
Qualifications
• Experience in Marketing & Sales of Incense Sticks & related products
• Experience in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Skills in Market Research and Sales
• Expertise in Public Relations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus
