Designation: Head of Accounts & Finance
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and audits.
Manage cash flow, treasury, and financial risk.
Ensure cost control, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Lead the accounts team and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
CA/MBA in Finance or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
Expertise in financial analysis, reporting in systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.,
