Job Description
Responsibilities: -Commercial department consist of all procurement, contracting services, and project activities for both plant locations - Procurement of raw materials, o Caustic Soda Lye o Imported thermal coal (Indonesian) o Sodium Silicate o Lime - Procurement of consumables such as lubricants, diesel, filter cloth, grease, bearings, mechanical seals, etc. - Procurement of spares such as mechanical spares, electrical spares and instrument spares - Purchasing of machinery, tools tackles, lab equipment, and instruments - Contracting services, & AMC o Mechanical, E&I service contracts o Maintenance servicing contracts o Manpower supply contracts o Security services o IT services - Procurement of other items such as safety wears, uniforms, etc. - Project related purchasing activities, such as EPC, turnkey contracts, LSTK contracts – The group is only currently implementing small projects (currently no greenfield projects) - Any other activity related to Group’s purchasing of goods and services.
