Roles & Responsibilities :
• Handling Revenue & Operations, P&L Management, SLA Compliance, and stakeholder relations.
• Create and define dashboards, databases, metrics, and measurements of managing the overall life cycle of employees including workforce planning, staffing, learning and capability building.
• Developing effective partnerships with multiple business stakeholders to drive organizational goals.
• Organization structuring aligned with strategy, maximum savings on entire people cost.
• Run familiarization drives / training sessions across levels for smooth transition across platforms
• Work closely with the CEO to facilitate staff augmentation needs and all related transactions.
• Manage, mentor, and drive the recruitment team to ensure delivery expectations are being met & satisfied.
• Diligently checking the requirement dashboard & ensuring 100% priority coverage with quality submissions on all requirement flow.
• Allocating resource/Shuffling recruiters to balance bandwidth challenge in case flow of requirement is high.
• Drive the end-to-end recruitment life cycle to ensure high quality pipeline and timely delivery of hires.
• Support the delivery organization with workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning and leave management.
• Provide work direction, delegation, and prioritization to the team.
• Excellent understanding of different sourcing channels, ability to guide the teams on sourcing strategies for Niche & Complex Skills.
• Track client's key metrics each month including tenure, order/fill ratio, time to fill, etc.
• Provide reporting and analysis, and present status and issues requiring attention of senior management.
• Listen, develop, coach and enable teams to deliver strategic outcomes that impact the larger business.
• Improved submission standards and exceptional minimization of the inefficiencies in the recruiting lifecycle to maximize the probability of successful hires.
• Manage interactions with executive clients and vendors providing IT recruiting services.
• Lead client communications and execute effective business development activities including sourcing and qualifying clients, identifying decision makers, establishing client relationships, building relationships with internal recruiters and client visits.
• Maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing accounts and develop new accounts. Required Skills:
• MBA (Human Resource) or other relevant fields.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
