🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Own and execute full-funnel digital growth strategy across media, SEO, email & automation
• Lead & manage internal teams across paid ads, SEO, content, email, creatives
• Drive and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, LTV, CAC, funnel conversion
• Manage campaign tracking, reporting, and A/B testing with advanced tools
• Oversee SEO & BH growth, keeping up with latest Google updates & cloaking strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, sales, and product for scalable growth
✅ You Must Have:
• 8+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (incl. team management)
• Proven work in blackhat and competitive verticals (e.g., nutra, finance, lead-gen)
• Strong understanding of funnels, automation, compliance, and media scaling
• Data-oriented mindset with ability to analyze, adapt, and outperform
