Drive the financial strategy and operations of our outsourced finance function, ensuring alignment with client SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage a team of skilled finance professionals, providing guidance, mentor-ship, and development opportunities.
Own the production of accurate and timely financial reporting, including quarterly reporting, statutory accounts, and SII returns.
Maintain a robust control environment, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Partner closely with clients to ensure seamless integration of financial reporting processes.
Effectively manage processes carried out offshore, fostering strong relationships with our international team.
Champion continuous improvement, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function.
To excel in this role, you will possess:
A strong academic background, including a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced and complex environment.
A deep understanding of financial reporting standards and best practices.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
