Must have experience in: - Heading Accounts and finance of retail sales/service chain of multi-city based business Handling atleast 50 Cr Business turnover
Working capital and cash flow management,
auditing and taxation.
Expertise in Accounts Processes and softwares Responsible for :- Overall management and supervision of the accounting department
Overseeing, measuring,
correcting the work of accountants,
reviewing and submitting accounting and financial statements,
verification of accounts department daily and periodical reports to management. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Analyzing accounting data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties – partners and auditors Process with reporting for Sales Reconciliation/ receivables and payables.
Ensure reporting compliance and reports checking/objection and corrections.
Efficient management of book-keeping,
accounting and statutory compliance processes.
Manage and retain relationships with vendors.
Inventory control, cost optimization and control, arresting pilferage.
Reduction of working capital requirements through efficient cash flow management. Budgeting, cost control-expenses management, P&L of the Company. Preferred: - Accounts Heads with experience of strong retail accounting knowledge Key skills: Strong accounts and finance reporting process

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
