hiring Head – Accounts & Finance |Mumbai-Bandra| CTC: Up to 20LPA
Requirement:
Want Should have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with real estate Industry
• Should have good communication skills
• Should have Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with local laws. Reporting Standards and manage the audit process.
• Prepare and submit taxation calculations and reports to relevant taxation authorities, including appropriate treatment of relevant double-taxation agreements
• Prepares monthly position of actual results against budget, analyse results and recommend to Executive Committee measures required to meet budget
• Preparing an Annual Operational Plan
• Preparing and forecasting budget reports
• Conducting internal and external audits
• Analysing the company’s financial systems and procedures
Education: Qualified CA
