Head of Finance and Accounting

Looking for an expert in fund management and finance to oversee planning and operations across multiple entities. This role includes managing taxation, accounts finalization, and MIS, as well as leading a team and building relationships with external vendors.Key Responsibilities:Fund Management & Planning: Develop and implement fund strategies across entities.Taxation: Ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.Accounts Finalization: Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements.MIS: Create and maintain management information systems for reporting.Qualifications:Strong experience in fund management and finance.Leadership skills to manage a team.Excellent relationship-building skills with vendors (bankers, lawyers, CA firms, trustees of AIFs).
