Job Description
LakshHR is a Recruitment and IT services firm, catering mainly to mid-senior roles, and non IT Staffing. we have been growing at 50% year on year for the last 3 years, but we see teh opportunity to grow 10x from here in the next 3 years.
In order to achieve that, we want a dynamic and experienced Head of Strategy & Growth to lead our strategic planning, business development, and growth initiatives. This is a leadership role, working directly with Founder and will have a clear growth track to Partner levels
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building new value propositions and identifying new growth opportunities.
KRAs:
You will be the Rainmaker-in-Chief - bringing new clients, new business opportunities to the company. The key asks will be-
• Strategic Planning: Work with the Founder & Partner to lay down the strategic growth path for LakshHR. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics to build the road map.
• Business Development: Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and alliances. Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by building various solurtions and value propositions for our TAM, and work with the team at large to optimize sales processes, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Market Expansion: Identify and prioritize new geographies and products for expansion. Develop market entry strategies and oversee the execution of market expansion plans.
• Represent LakshHR: Be the face of the organisation at all relevant forums and Monitor and analyze business performance metrics like . Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

• 4-6 years of experience in growth/ BD
• Must have successfully built the whole growth engine for an organisation/ product.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of driving change in a fast-paced environment
