We're seeking a Head of Growth who will onboard builders, institutions, and users into our ecosystem via growth initiatives.
This high-impact role manages a team and requires starting growth programs from scratch while being hands-on and able to delegate.
Role
Built a growth team that scales globally.
Designed vertical-specific programs impacting growth, such as events calendars or developer success programs.
Architected a Cosmos Hub-specific growth function driving new development and contributions to Cosmos and its Hub.
Qualifications
At least 6 years of experience running major ecosystem growth initiatives in web3.
Strong portfolio of project management and coordinating multiple providers.
Demonstrated business expertise and sales confidence.
Fluent English public speaking skills and technical fluency.
Ability to travel frequently and lead initiatives on the ground.
Self-starter with high motivation and independence.
