The person will be required to setup & manage the entire HR Function from scratch. Focus will be on Culture building, Learning&Development, Employee Engagement, Improve Productivity, Strategic HR Talent Management, Performance Management etc.

Candidate with 12 to 15 years of experience working in Fin-tech, Financial Services, Pharma, FMCG would be preferred
