Job Description
1. Understand company’s vision and align all HR functions related to Work Culture Management, System Analysis, Talent Acquisition, Statutory Compliance etc. accordingly.
2. Using social media platforms for cross functional recruitment of Technical / Digital / Contact Center profiles.
3. Devising policies for Manpower Analysis, Resource Management, Employee Engagement and Retention.
4. Planning Incentive Programs, Compensation and Benefits, Appraisal Cycle Management.
5. Designing process management tools for Training, Performance Management, Learning and Development across levels.
6. Managing overall HR Statutory Compliance and all employee queries, requests related to the same.
7. Responsible for driving post Covid organizational change through modern and innovative thinking.
8. Understanding of HR tools on ERP platforms.
Desired Skills
1. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. 10 - 15 years of work experience in Human Resource management.
3. People oriented, results driven with an ability to strategize.
4. Exemplary leadership skills with proficiency in organizational management, team handling and people management.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
7. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
