Who Are We Looking For?
- Who is entrepreneurial and ready to take the journey from 1 to 10.
- Worked with business teams to understand their requirements
- Has implemented people productivity processes by leveraging technology.
- Has designed & implemented a few appraisals, compensation, and role mechanisms to meet organizational goals.
- Worked at recruitment across levels including CXOs
- Exposure to managing talent in large blue / grey collar workforce (QSR, retail, logistics, ecommerce)
What would you be expected to deliver?
- This role will require you to own the function with the existing team to build for a combination of scale & stability.
- We are growing 2x every year and need to build an organization (current size~750 people) that can scale effectively.
- People Operations is a vastly improved, more focused HR business partner. Instead of the TTH (Time to hire) metrics or attrition ratio, the focus is now on the R/E (Revenue per employee), profitability, business growth, and scale.
- Provide human resources support to all leadership and business units, internal team/s, stakeholders, and talent - from talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, rewards & recognition, employee development and skilling to exit management.
- Design and implement business-focused, people-specific metrics, for all functions within the organization.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Field. A relevant Masters or an MBA is a big plus.
- 8-12+ years of business-focused, people operations.
- At Least 5+ years of strategic & functional expertise in the people function.
- Show an ability to challenge conventional approaches and a willingness to build a unique approach.
- Experience of running your own firm or working with startups is a plus
