Our Client is dedicated to help Corporates grow through various interventions. They aim to create a sustainable impact through their work. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to join the team and lead human resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations mission and goals.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the HR team.
Talent Management:
• Oversee all aspects of recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention.
• Develop and implement talent development and training programs.
• Ensure effective performance management systems are in place.
Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts.
• Promote employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
Compliance & Policies:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
HR Centre of Excellence:
• Establish and manage an HR Centre of Excellence to drive best practices in HR.
• Lead initiatives to improve HR processes and systems.
Lobbying & Partnerships:
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, corporates, and other stakeholders.
• Advocate for policies and initiatives that support the organizations mission.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
Qualifications: Education:
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 20+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in an NGO or foundation setting is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in lobbying and partnership building with government and corporates.
• Demonstrated ability to set up and manage an HR Centre of Excellence.
Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
