Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager HR and Administration to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including hiring, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement.
• Hiring and Onboarding: Handle the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
• Performance Management: Manage performance reviews, goal-setting, and talent development programs to ensure fairness and growth.
• Payroll and HRMS: Ensure accurate payroll inputs, manage attendance, leaves, benefits, and exit formalities on the HRMS.
• Employee Engagement: Run engagement activities, track participation, and maintain complete and error-free employee files.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. You should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems, payroll software, ATS tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Behavioral Skills: Strong execution, teamwork, responsiveness, stakeholder management, and ownership.
• Domain Knowledge: Comfortable working with multi-entity setups and plant/site operations in renewable energy/biogas sectors.
