Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Legal at Balasore Alloys Limited. The Head of Legal will be responsible for legal compliance, legal consulting, legal document preparation, and addressing legal issues on a day-to-day basis.
Experience- 10 - 20 years
Qualification & Skill :-
• Law degree (LLB or JD) from a recognized institution; admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.Stron
• g knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.Prove
• n ability to balance legal risk with commercial priorities.Excel
• lent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Law, Legal Compliance, and Legal Consulting skills
• Legal Document Preparation and Legal Issues knowledge
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the metals or manufacturing industry is a plus
• LLM or JD degree in Law
