The Role This is a truly commercial role and you will be at the forefront of the business working alongside the managers in the business defining the commercial objectives of the contracts. There are 2 primary objectives of the role; You will create and operate a simple to use method that ensures commercial managers are able to identify where they need to seek advice on how to legally achieve the commercial objectives that they are aiming for. By working alongside them provide ongoing advice on residual risks and improve their application of legal terminology. You will manage disputes brought to the Commercial Counsel’s attention and try and avoid litigation. There will be some international travel.
