Head of Legal & Compliances role with a leading IT Service company
• Chennai / Bangalore
• Head of Legal & Compliances will be responsible for providing high quality legal advice to Board and Senior Management on a full range of legal related strategic and operational issues.
• Will negotiate, review and draft contracts, RFP and other strategic documents from legal perspective. Need extensive experience in Technology / IT Contracts.
• Provide legal protection and risk management advice especially on intellectual property and copyrights, Review and advice management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures in the countries with operations.
• Litigation management
• Regulatory compliance
• People Management Experience is a must, should have handled a team of 6-8 members.
• Hybrid work mode, 3 Days work from Office.
