We are recruiting for a Head of People and Culture who will focus on partnering with client groups and transforming functional strategies into key people enablers. As a senior member of the APAC HR community, you will serve as a role model boldly advancing the people agenda and leading the business toward ongoing excellence.


key responsibilities;

Design and implement effective interventions in culture, talent, diversity, capability, leadership and performance.
Ensure seamless execution of HR activities within client groups.
Led the talent plan for Australia, encompassing talent forecasting, diverse succession pipelines, global talent pools, employee engagement, employer branding, and capability development.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and agility by enhancing people management, leadership, and engagement practices.
Own and drive the diversity strategy by building leadership capability and impact for a diverse workforce.
Participate in APAC Working Groups on strategic HR priorities across Asia.

The ideal candidate will be highly commercial, passionate about customers and have extensive HR generalist experience. They will be an expert at balancing operational excellence with the delivery of strategic initiatives and effectively engage and influence senior leaders while building and leading high-performing, diverse teams. The successful candidate will be a dynamic change agent with an entrepreneurial flair and a people-oriented approach.
