Job Description
• Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various channels (e. g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, Influencer Marketing, etc. ) to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Channel Management and Optimization: Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, continuously testing and refining targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Deep dive into campaign performance data, identify key trends and insights, and provide regular reports on key metrics (CAC, CPA, LTV, ROAS, etc. ) to inform strategic decision-making. Utilize analytics platforms (e. g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase) to track and analyze user behavior and campaign performance.
• Experimentation and Testing: Design and execute A/B tests across various elements of the marketing funnel to identify winning strategies and optimize conversion rates. Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across different channels, ensuring optimal ROI and efficient resource allocation.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, content) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Communicate performance updates and insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Staying Up to Date: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, particularly within the fintech and wealth management industries. Identify and evaluate emerging channels and technologies to drive innovation.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market and inform marketing strategies.
• User Acquisition and Retention: Focus on acquiring high-quality users who are likely to engage with the platform and become long-term customers. Develop strategies to improve user retention and lifetime value.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of proven experience in B2C performance marketing, preferably within the fintech or wealth management industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Social Media Ads Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e. g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase).
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversions through data-driven marketing strategies.
