Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Public Relations to join our team and represent Kapse Group’s vision and mission. This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, who will act as the primary spokesperson to convey information about the group’s diverse business ventures and initiatives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, stakeholders, and the media.

In addition to the primary responsibility of managing public relations, this role also requires flexibility, as the individual will be expected to assist in warehouse operations during quieter times or when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

· Public Relations Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the image and brand presence of Kapse Group and its subsidiaries.

· Customer and Guest Engagement: Communicate effectively with customers, guests, and potential partners, providing them with detailed information about Kapse Paithani Pvt. Ltd., Kapse Patil Krushi Producer Pvt. Ltd., Ahilya Goshala, and Kapse Foundation.

· Media Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with the media, preparing press releases, speeches, and other materials to promote Kapse Group.

· Brand Advocacy: Represent the brand at events, conferences, and industry gatherings to raise awareness and build a positive brand reputation.

· Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for press releases, social media, and other PR materials.

· Warehouse Support: Assist in warehouse operations during non-peak PR hours, including overseeing logistics, inventory, and ensuring smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

· Minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

· Prior experience in handling media relations and managing public communications.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Flexible and adaptable, able to handle a variety of tasks across different areas of the organisation.
