Job Description
The incumbent in this job role will be responsible for implementing initiatives in areas including but not limited to Organization Management and System Solutions across the designated area of RIL Solar PV Business.
Job Accountabilities
• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) policies, procedures, and standards for wafer manufacturing processes.
• Lead and manage the QA QC team, providing leadership and guidance in quality management practices.
• Establish quality goals and metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive root cause analysis.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
• Manage incoming raw material quality through supplier quality management
• Develop and implement training programs on quality management systems and best practices.
• Ensure effective communication of quality goals, metrics, and performance throughout the organization.

• B.E/ B.Tech / Graduate Engineer in - Materials Science/ Metallurgical/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical
