The role:
A great opportunity for you to join our small friendly team and make a real difference to people’s lives by:
· Working with local social care leaders and frontline health and social care staff to transform care and support
· Managing key relationships, developing and taking new products to market that support the sector
· Working with policy makers to shape sector thinking and improve social care policy
· Work with SCIE colleagues to deliver our strategic priorities and business plan

· Experience of leading consultancy and change projects
· Experience of growing income, developing and sustaining products
· Experience of leading teams
