Experience: 10 -15 ( Export Industry )
Job Responsibility:
Managing the HR Function of the Company in every domain.
Governing & implementing the HR Policies & strategies
Covering day-to-day HR Role as applicable and bridging management and employee relations by
addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Overview and manage the appraisal system and Maintain Plans and benefit program
Helped grow the business, upgraded the systems, and planned to align with the needs of the business.
People-oriented & goal-driven approach
The candidate should be able to identify, attract, evaluate, recruit, and hire the people it needs
to achieve its business goals and optimize its processes.
The Candidate should focus on attracting and hiring skilled employees, and on developing and
retaining these employees.
The Candidate Should have diverse hard and soft skills, traits, and job-specific knowledge to
excel in their roles.

Company for every aspect of the HR Domain
SPECIAL SKILLS RELEVANT TO JOB:

Microsoft Office
Power BI would be an added advantage
Any other HR Software and analysis would be an added advantage
