What You’ll Do
• HR Track: Redesign performance systems, optimize talent pipelines, lead DEI analytics.
• Finance Track: Drive budgeting/forecasting, build ROI models for strategic initiatives, support M&A integration.
• Commercial Track: Analyze market expansion opportunities, optimize pricing strategy, design sales incentives.
• All roles: Partner with senior leaders, present data-driven recommendations, and own cross-functional projects.
