As the Head of Real Estate, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all real estate activities in the northern region of India. This includes property acquisition, negotiation, business development, and ensuring the successful execution of real estate projects.Qualifications And SkillsMinimum of 10 years of experience in real estate management, with a focus on property acquisition and business development.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable lease terms and conditions.In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the northern region of India.Proven track record of successfully executing real estate projects.Excellent leadership and managerial skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.Roles And ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all real estate activities in the northern region of India.Identify and acquire suitable properties for new store locations.Lead negotiations with property owners, developers, and landlords to secure favorable lease terms and conditions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute real estate strategies aligned with business objectives.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, consultants, and brokers.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate.Monitor and manage the performance of existing real estate assets, including lease renewals and rent negotiations.Provide regular updates and reports on real estate activities to senior management.
