Job Description

The position is responsible to plan and strategy for production, ensuring inventory control as per sales plan at plant, ensure compliance, overseeing warehouse management. Planning and Strategizing: Ability to convert forecast and Sales requirement from field into detailed variant level production plans, based on an in-depth understand ing of market forces, competitor analysis and historical trends. Problem Solving: Channelizing efforts to overcome any problems faced at different parts of the support cycle. Commercial Acumen: Ability to understand the various indicators which affect material availability and costing and use this knowledge for better business decisions wrt product mix, logistics planning and cost etc. Supply chain management: Executing activities effectively in order to maximize service to sales Managing vehicle indent to vehicle delivery at all levels. Liaison and Managing conflicts: Liaison with interfacesinternal and external to minimize conflict and maximize contribution to the organization by operating in a mutually beneficial environment. Profitability improvementResponsible for reduction in Logistics costs ie transportation cost reduction for Alfa range of vehicles. Dealer settlement: Responsible for automation and settlement of dealers claim and initiating speedy settlement of Fame subsidy claims and monitoring effective utilization of IT platform for all Dealers Audit and Commercial review process (DMS Implementation and adherence as per plan. Production schedule adherence: Overseeing the product group wise actual production and despatches as per plan. Commercial compliance: Responsible to adhere to SOP and monthly review of all major commercial activities. Working capital management: Facilitating the FG Number of Days system stock (Plant + Stockyard) to maintain avg system stocks within Budget for F21
