Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is a major health provider in the Central Hume region, offering a comprehensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care, and community services.
We are seeking individuals with certain qualities to join our team and assist in providing patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse at our Residential Aged Care Facility, Illoura.
Our Region
The city of Wangaratta has a population of approximately 30,000, and our catchment area serves a community of around 100,000 people in the northeast.
