Join our team as a Health Program Administrator!
As a Health Program Administrator play a crucial role in supporting the administration and operations of our Chronic Disease Management Programs. This position is integral to achieving HCF’s objectives and ensuring operational efficiency.
Please note this role is a permanent part time position for 22 hours a week. Monday- Thursday 9:00am-3:30pm
In addition to strong administrative experience, you should ideally possess customer service skills and experience, along with a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the administration and operations of our Chronic Disease Management Programs, aligning with HCF Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
Maintain and liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure program delivery according to strategy and contractual obligations.
Assist with the administration and operational delivery of the program to achieve HCF’s objectives.
Engage with external and internal stakeholders to support delivery and operational efficiency.
Measure member satisfaction of programs, including follow-ups to ensure the program remains fit for purpose.
Coordinate member enquiries and complaints related to the program.
Ensure smooth and efficient processes to meet service level agreements.
Provide input to program enhancements, expansions, or rationalisations to ensure effective disease management and risk identification, assisting in the reduction of benefit outlay.
Efficiently administer project delivery.
