Job Description
Healthcare Analytics | Enterprise Environment
Our client, a large national dialysis provider, is hiring a Solutions Architect to help move an established analytics organization to the next level of maturity.
This role is not about rebuilding from scratch. You’ll work with a strong data analysis team already using SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx, and your focus will be on strategy, architecture, and standardization — turning POCs into scalable, production‑ready AI and automation solutions.
If you enjoy acting as the bridge between analytics teams and modern AI/automation capabilities, this is a high‑impact opportunity. Why This Role Is Interesting
• Enterprise‑scale data with real clinical and operational impact
• Opportunity to define standards, not just follow them
• Visible role influencing AI, automation, and analytics strategy
• Balance of hands‑on architecture + technical leadership
• Strong existing analytics foundation — no cleanup project
What You’ll Do
• Act as the solutions architect for AI, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives
• Help an analytics team evolve from POCs to scalable, standardized solutions
• Design reference architectures, patterns, and best practices
• Advise on where AI, ML, and automation realistically add value
• Partner closely with analysts using SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx
• Influence roadmap decisions without direct people management
• Ensure solutions are secure, governed, and production‑ready
What They’re Looking For
• Senior experience in solutions architecture, data architecture, or advanced analytics
• Hands‑on exposure to AI, machine learning, or automation tools
• Strong understanding of SQL‑based data environments
• Experience supporting or enabling BI/analytics teams (Tableau, Alteryx, similar)
• Proven ability to move ideas from POC → production
• Comfortable operating in large, regulated or enterprise environments
Bonus (not required):
• Healthcare or regulated‑industry experience
• Cloud data / AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Automation, orchestration, or low‑code tooling exposure
What Success Looks Like
• Clear standards replace one‑off solutions
• Analytics teams move faster with better frameworks
• AI and automation initiatives scale responsibly
• Stakeholders trust the architecture and direction
• Innovation without disruption
