Position Overview
We are seeking a Healthcare Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join us in our Woodbridge, NJ office. For this role we are looking for someone with experience in reviewing and drafting contracts, negotiating sale and purchase of businesses, private equity transactions, and joint venture agreements related to the healthcare industry. You will be an important part of our Corporate Transactional and Healthcare Regulatory practices, providing guidance to our clients on healthcare regulations, corporate transactions, and business agreements. Key Responsibilities
• Provide legal counsel on healthcare regulations and compliance issues
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to healthcare joint ventures and private equity transactions
• Advise on corporate governance and transactional matters within the healthcare sector
• Conduct legal research and analyze new legislation affecting healthcare practices
• Represent the organization in negotiations and interactions with regulatory agencies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in business operations
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active state bar license in the sate of NJ
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare law or related fields
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and corporate law
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Tax and securities law is a plus!
