Responsibilities and Requirements: Handle medical malpractice cases from inception to resolution, work closely with clients and healthcare providers, conduct case assessments, engage in settlement negotiations, and collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases. Must be an active member of the California Bar, have at least 2 years of experience in medical malpractice or related litigation, and be willing to work in a hybrid role.
