Job Description
Key responsibilities include assisting in planning, development, and implementation of long term and short term strategic initiatives for surgery centers within the Division market, creating operating efficiencies between surgery centers when possible, and providing input for managed care contracting to ensure market initiatives are met. The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruitment and hiring of executive management personnel for the ambulatory surgery centers within the market/territory, as well as preparation and presentation of operational and financial reports as required. Additionally, this role involves key market contact between Division ASC's and Central Supply Chain leadership, oversight of market supply savings initiatives, and directing productivity-staffing expense management/improvement and supply expense management initiatives.
This position requires a strong background in operations, business administration, or a related field, with a Bachelor's Degree in Health, Business Administration or a related field being a minimum requirement. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
